Core Georgia Medicaid Waiver Services we provide are:

Community Living Support (CLS)

One-on-one support in the home or community assisting with daily living skills, personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, community outings, and promoting independence and safety.

Community Access Individual (CAI)

One-on-one support in the community. Assisting with social, recreational, and community activities.

Community Access Group (CAG)

Group support in the community to encourage social development and community integration.

In-Home Respite (Hourly)

Temporary relief and support for caregivers and families.

RN Nursing Oversight

Monthly Registered Nurse visits, designed to monitor overall health, review medical needs, assess wellness concerns, and help ensure continuity of care and safety.
